A n extremely rare, large plate of limestone matrix with one face display a total coverage of small, cubic twinned fluorite crystals displaying an unusual purple/grey colour.

The majority of the crystals display the characteristic Weardale cloudy inclusions, however there are a few twinned crystals that sit proud of the main mass of crystals which do not display this cloudiness.

The crystals display lovely bright fluorescence under both long and short wave UV light.
