A lovely example from this now classic Irish fluorite find of 2016. The Larkins brothers opened up a new quarry to provide aggregate for a nearby civil engineering project and struck a fantastically mineralised zone.

These crystals display the characteristic violet blue colour with deeper violet coloured cores and have nice complex faces and edges caused by modification of the cubic crystal form.
